**What You'll Be Doing:**

As one of the lead members of the Client Analytics team, you will bring in technical and analytical experience to support operational and ad-hoc analytic needs that are prioritized by clients and the organization. Expertise in healthcare analytics and in the healthcare industry required to deliver exceptional value throughout the company. We are looking for a bright and energetic individual to fill this leadership position on our team.

+ Establish and maintain excellent rapport with clients/market teams; manage requests, present findings, and offer analytic solutions to support strategic initiatives

+ Conducting analyses and developing medical economic reports to identify drivers of medical/pharmacy cost, administrative, and utilization trends and compare to benchmarks

+ Work collaboratively with central teams and Identify actionable opportunities to improve client partners' medical cost and quality as well as satisfaction of their patients and/or members

+ Lead and mentor a team of analysts; develop learning activities and development opportunities

+ Ensure that tight deadlines are met for internal and external deliverables

+ Implement analytic directives from clients and senior management; gather requirements, prioritize requests, and manage projects

+ Develop and implement quality control protocols; ensure data quality and report accuracy

+ Develop client reports using our business intelligence tool; train, support, and assist users with reporting needs

+ Gather industry-standard and , ROI Analyses, and research

+ Oversee development of algorithms for data validation, membership/payment reconciliation, and PCP attribution

**The Experience You'll Need (Required):**

+ Working knowledge of Medicaid LOB and health plans is a plus

+ Advanced degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Economics, or a comparable program with a quantitative emphasis preferred

+ Advanced knowledge of healthcare data and the healthcare industry required

+ 6 years of experience with clients; experience with claims data and/or clinical data required

+ Must be analytical, detail oriented, and possess a desire to advance and grow personally and professionally

+ Ability to understand complicated problems and supply concise and relevant answers; ability to make informed and data-based recommendations

+ Strong project management aptitude with ability to multi-task and manage multiple client projects with varying timelines

+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction and frequently changing priorities

+ Strong SAS and/or SQL programming skillseniors

+ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

+ Prior management experience preferred
