Performs a variety of routine and some non-routine
clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures in one or
more of the following areas: general accounting, accounts payable, accounts
receivable or related financial area. Reconciles inventory, posts information
and balances general or subsidiary ledgers, processes payments and compiles
segments of monthly closings, annual reports, etc. Contacts other departments
and/or outside agencies to resolve problems.

**** **Cash and Credit Card accounts** **-** **maintaining and reconciliation ofall cash/ CC info on site, adherence to SOP.**

+ AP/AR - maintain all premiumsaccounts payable and receivable functions on site / adherence to auditrequirements and SOP for Cash and Premiums.

+ Premiums/Fire Tablets -responsible for premium ordering, reconciliation, auditing, anddistribution.- Adherence to SOP.

+ Mid Month/ Month end close requirements - help prepare and finalize monthly premiumsreporting with corporate accounting team. - Adherence to SOP.


+ Local daily travel may be required

+ Includes daily trips for bank deposits/tour depositcollections, etc...

+ Requirements to communicate compensation statementsbetween locations/marketing offices as necessary.

+ **High School diploma or equivalent**

+ **Demonstrated ability to work under pressure**

+ **Good written and oral communication skills**

+ **Multitasking skills**

+ **Organizational skills**

+ **Microsoft Excel Proficiency**

+ **Accounting experience-minimum of 1 year**

+ **Excel experience - minimum of 1 year**

+ **Accounting-related technical training or 2-year degreepreferred**
